Watching the artist create these gelatin cakes is absolutely mesmerizing! The skill to make them look that good is incredible! Although it's beautiful, the gelatin part of the cake doesn't look as appetizing to eat. It actually looks like one of those hideous glass paperweights from the 70's I remember my grandparents had one with a weird color flower on the inside of it. I'm sure everyone's parents or grandparents had one of those.
This cake basically looks like one of those, but more delicious in the middle. I'd definitely try it though, just to see what it tasted like.
