If you're going to be checking out the Luma Festival this weekend in downtown Binghamton, there are going to be a TON of road closures so be aware!
Several streets in the city of Binghamton will be closed for the visual arts festival, which is from September 7-9.
According to WBNG, these streets will be closed until Sunday morning for the festival:
Chenango St., from Henry St. to the roundabout
Court St., from Water St. to Centenary St.
Exchange St., from Hawley St. to the roundabout
Hawley St., from State St. to Exchange St.
Henry St., from Washington St. to State St.
State St., from Lewis St. to Hawley St.
Washington St., from Hawley St. to Court St.
