This story gives me the creeps! LOL!
A man in Kansas City was seen dragging what appeared to be a topless woman through a downtown area on Tuesday. Come to find out, it was just a life size doll, but that doesn't make it any less creepy. Apparently he found the doll in a dumpster and was allowed to keep it, but was told he was no longer allowed to carry it around town.
